Customer Review

I was looking at a Milwalkee power tool customer review and it had 1 star. I read the review because i was going to buy the product.

He left a bad review because his 18 volt lithium ion saw zal could not trim a tree branch.

A Milwalkee customer service guy asked how big the limb was and what kind of blade he had.

The idiot said the limb was 26 inches around and he had a bi metal blade on it. Some people should not own tools.[:)]

Yep, * abound. Over the weekend I was looking at purchasing an Optima battery from A-zon. I was reading the reviews, because my main concern is making a sucessful warranty claim if necessary. Because of this, I was reading the negative reviews, of which there were 13. Clearly a minimum of 3 of these dorks had no clue what they doing, bought the wrong battery, and now that was somehow A-zon's fault.

I use my saw zall to cut out tree/shrub roots, I use a wood blade and you can cut right down in the dirt and not dull it near as bad as a chainsaw would. they also come in handy for the smaller limbs when you are pruning or trimming, but I gotta admit 26"s is a bit of a big limb for a sawzall........

Yep it's amazing at the knuckleheads that'll give a bad review for a product because they ordered the wrong item. Then you have the ones that blame it on the product when UPS delivered it late or broken. You have to read the bad reviews you can't just go on the number of them left.

26" "around" is 8-1/4" thru. Still a lot for a sawzall, but not impossible.

Exactly, give me the right blade and I'll cut a freaking house down in a couple hours with a Sawzall. [:D]

My brother has had a Milwaukee sawzall for long as I can remember. I have borrowed it many times, one time kept it a year. Done a lot of cutting with it and never had any problem. I wouldn't hesitate to buy their tools.
