Sweet Sixteen Plug...?

Got this recently in a box of junk and not certain that it's what I
think it may be. I believe it could be an original plug for a
Browning Sweet Sixteen. It has "Made in Belgium" pressed into the
smaller rod, and a 16 scribed on the large end. Most plugs I've seen
for less expensive shotguns are just a section of dowel rod, so have
no idea what a browning plug would be.

What say ye knowledgable ones..?

    spryor,

Well that may be true however, it was the members of Gunbroker that gave you the correct identity for your object. And what's more, it's quality not quantity that makes the greatest difference.

    Best.

I had already listed the object there before asking the question
here. I made it a point to say that I wasn't sure, but figure
knowledgable buyers will know. I asked here to only settle my
    own curiosity.

"Quality"..? Quality, in this case, means getting the most $ for
the object. Based on experience alone it is listed in the right
    place for this end.

If I were smarter I'd have started a gun friendly alternative years ago.[:D][:D][8D]
