Joint Russian/US Moon Exploration Offer Nixed...

by us. I think we should have taken them up on the offer. The more countries we can get on board to explore the solar system and beyond, the faster it will happen, but I'm sure NASA is worried about giving up control. Maybe we need a joint international space agency that various countries can fund if they want to join. What are your thoughts?

    Russia is SO broke ... they have heavy lift vehicles but little
    more to offer.[8D]

    I think the bigger problem is you can't trust them. They will steal your technology and sell it to Iran or the largest bidder.

    They still have that communist mentality and with their KGB leader there is a risk that they may return to the good old days.
