The WSP has at a few unmarked ones. Really like the retro paint job on them.

"campus cops" at KSU have two new ones. I doubt its the HEMI version though, campus isn't built for high speed pursuit.
(Although one fool campus officer did chase someone for not completing a full stop at a stop sign, when he did this he ran through several pedestrian crossings at high speed when all the students were out going to class. Smart cop, real smart...)
