    These things seriously piss me off. I catch that "animal cops" show from time to time and what I never understand is: if you can obviosuly not take care of the animal, can't you find someone who will take that animal??? I've seen purebred dogs half starved, the kind that you could SELL in a heartbeat (not to mention give away).

    My theory is that those people are either 'grade A' sadists or 'grade A' stupid. I can't believe that the person that did this could not find a home for the puppies, they just didn't give a damn [:(!]
