    I hope the bidders are smart enough to use the BIN option rather than run it past the BIN amount.

    Some people see an auction as a competition insted of a purchase. To them it is much better to beat the other guy than to pay a fair price. Joe, I'm sure you see that all the time at the auctions you attend. Using the BIN is cheating to them, it removes the thrill of the win.
