The World is Insane

My friend and I were driving home from the skeet range and pulled onto our street, looked up the street and there were cop cars everywhere, the FOX 13 News truck and people running around everywhere. I stopped and ask a bystander if they knew what was going on and they said not for sure but they think they found a baby buried in the yard of one of the houses. They were digging up this yard, measuring everything, and taking pictures, Crime scene tape everywhere.

I went on home and Beth took a walk around to see if she could get any more news and one lady that was intervied by the News people told her they suspect as many as 6 babies are buried there. The people that lived there I never knew, seems the guy was a convicted felon and did some big time prison time and was also jailed for domestic battery several times.

Dont know how this will turn out, hope all the stories are not as true as some are saying.

What a tragic story. All I can say is I hope they weren't babies of anyone you know. Yes, the world is insane, and getting worse. [V]

Hudson Florida,, Nothing on the news yet, just getting scuttlebutt from the neighbors..

This is a quiet little Berg and actually one of the top ten places in the US to retire according to the latest poll on the top ten places in America to retire.

I have noticed an increase of drug use around here in the last 5 years, and prostitutes hanging around the highway a couple blocks away.

There was a similar situation in Texas not long ago. Reportedly, there were several children buried on a place. Cops got a search warrant and dug up the place, but found no bodies.

Turned out the information came from a "psychic."

We have a story in the paper today about the cops being called on a home where little kids were playing in the street. When they got there they found 3 kids in diapers, and nothing else. They found drugs in the home, but not a single piece of clothes for any of the kids.
    The world is crazy.

HWY 19? I was there last year. Mother lives in Port Richey and a good friend just south of Clearwater.
Good seafood store on 19 there too. Can't remember the name off hand.

    Hunter..

Could the name of the store be Whitneys? its a fantastic seafood store...Prices arent bad either....I know the owner and he brought in some escargot for me when I couldnt find any in the stores...

From what we were told there was one baby found...nothing more has been said though...and nothing in the news so we dont know what is going on right now...Could be hush hush till more is found out...

This area is usually pretty quiet,...never hear anything and rarely any problems....

That's it BR! As a matter of fact when I was there in 2010 buying some grouper and haddock there was a film crew there I assume from a local TV station filming me making my purchase.
    Good stuff!! [:p]

    Br again...

They were probably filming a commercial as Whitneys had expanded...The retail store used to be in the older part of Whitney's, now its a separate location from the older part...We enjoy going there especially for the cod (we catch everything else)LOL..

I had bought cod filets from Winn DIxie and Publixs and hated them...couldnt stand the taste...Was in looking for something one day(cant remember what) and seen the cod filets, so I bought a couple as classic loves cod...

Fried it up and he raved about it, so I thought, just try it...My god what a difference from the other stores...its was fantastic...the taste was so delicate, not strong...I told them about it and how they made a cod lover out of me...

I wont buy fish any place but Whitneys...

Classic a few years back when I was there I had them order some steamers, bought/ate about 10 lbs while I was there.
That was in the old store days.
I really like the new larger store. I had to get out of there quick before I went broke.[:p]
Probably be down there next summer. [;)]
