That is a good looking bolt. Looks like he does good work.
$30 including shipping.

This guy actually bends the original bolt, I guess he forges it.
$47 including shipping. He is really good, he can do the "butter knife" style, etc.

Mounting a scope on that Nagant would turn it in to the cheapest sniper you could find, especially if you used one of the specalized Russian sniper rifle scopes that cost twice as much as the gun.

I would jump on that bolt body. I paid 45.00 a each for the three i bought for guys at work. Wish i still had mine. I wand to get anouther when things come around at work and mount a scope on one.
