Olivia would have been 18 on Valentines day...that is my dad who passed 5 years ago ...she waa blind, deaf, and didnt get around to well..i helped her.....but she ate burgers and still drinking water when i went to work today ..when i got home she had passed.......i love my dogs more than 95 percent of the people i know with the exception of immediate family and a couple close friends..... and maybe you guys[:D]

Our Chihuahua-Terrier mix is 16 come this Easter... She too is deaf to all but the sharpest of sounds.
And partially blind in the eye that's left. (She lost her left eye in the in-house dog fight of last year.)
She's a tough one and STILL 'rules the roost'... Or maybe, like humans, the other dogs let her believe that.
She is definitely a part of the family and when she's finally gone... It'll be pretty tough around here too.
Olivia is up on your Dad's knee once again just a'cooing as I'm sure she did when he scratched her just so...
As only he could do. We'll keep you and yours in our thoughts and prayers.
