Dadgummed momma's boy kid!

Sandy, the kitchen boss, doesn't let me eat the things I want. She does it out of love, or so she says.

Well, she's in the rehab, so while the cats away.... well you get the idea.

Last night, I fried up some fresh corn tortilla chips so I could make some nachos today for lunch. I went to get them this afternoon, and found a note from my 32 year old divorced son who now live with us,

"Dad, you know you're not supposed to have these, so I ate them to keep you out of trouble with mom."

Wonder if these two chili dogs I'm about to eat are any better for me![:(!]

I couldn't do it, unless I was really hungry. Kind of goes against "code" if you ask me. But then again, when mom's down, there's got to be a little loyalty there too. I'm sure he told her, and made her feel better.

    Ben,

The truth was, he was too lazy to fix himself anything, so he ate what I fixed. He'll either eat Mc donalds or go hungry tonight![:(!]

well, you've long since passed the roommate stage; however, if you need any tips on how to get even, I have a couple.

It's called "fridge baiting", and a bottle of habanero hot sauce, or some turbo-lax usually does the trick, and gets a point across.

    Danny...

I think the "boy" has it right....He fears Sandy's anger at letting you eat junk more than he fears your anger of him eating your food....

In other words, Mom's the boss *LOL and DONT CROSS HER!!!!!!!!

All too common with them "boomerang" kids. I was tracking one guy a while back and checked in with his widowed Dad, who told me: "Yeah, he stops by once in while, but only when I'm at work. I know he's been here when I come home and find the fridge empty and dirty towels on the floor."

Are you making him do some chores, at least?
