Record time for C&R renewal

I recently renewed my C&R license and it came back in just a little over 2 weeks. For the past 15 years it's usually right at the time it's supposed to expire in September before it arrives. This time it came 2 months early. Must have been a glitch in the system because they've never been that efficient before?
