Ammo alerts of any value?

I have registered at a Wiki site that is to notify me when certain ammo becomes available from various sources. But when I get the alerts, invariably the site says "sold out." I'm talking about the instant the alert arrives in email -- within seconds, not minutes or hours later. Anyone else experience this?

It is hit or miss, but I probably have an 80% success rate.

I check there sometimes I would guess 30% I may pick up ammo 22 mostly . but like you stated any price 6 to 8 cents a round its gone in seconds . maybe the fellows who left Walmart for the day monitoring the internet ??

For a period of time 6-8 months ago I was hitting with good success at Walmart, but it has been quite dry for the past 6 months.
