Just got an email. CTD has reviewed their policy and is now selling firearms online again by decision of their chairman. It only took them 24 to figure out they blew it, or maybe they noticed how much money they would lose.

I can't believe... that Cheaper Than Dirt now sells brand name pistols of all calibers and AR-15's Sig, Bushmaster, Colt, ect. I just got their e-mail with this. But it doesn't show prices, you have to contact your local dealer. They sure have a great selection of guns...I was impressed. Just wish they could sell to me.

Any of you guys get the monthly flyer? If so I was wandering if any of you have ever tried one of those AR-15 scopes with the Weaver Rails on the top and sides. Its a 4x mini scope for $99.00 and I was wanderin if they are any good. Its listed on page 15 and the back cover of the new flyer.

I'm pretty sure it was about an individual store closing, not the company.

The retail operation and the web/catalog parted ways in 2007 or so.

I did see some posts that they were going TU, but since I haven't had business with them in 20 years, I don't know what their present status is. They may have filed for Banko, which would allow them to operate pending finalization.

Sad to say that company still lives. People tend to have short memories, or just can't see the harm they do in supporting a company that stab's them in the back when the politics get a life rough.

I'll cover this ONE more time. The stores and the website have been completely separate since 2007. The stores died a slow death and are now liquidating what is left on the auction side. The website continues to be in business even after their abhorrent behavior during the rush. Their traffic is less than 4% of ours and dropping so they will be gone in the not too distant future....
