Asking for bad feedback

I think this guy is asking for trouble. You only get the scope and bipod if you use the BIN. Otherwise you just get the rifle. He spells it out but I stll bet if he gets a bid the winner is disappointed.

    So if the selling price reaches or exceeds the BIN, but the buyer doesn't use the BIN, does he still get the scope and bipod?

    I think the seller has adequately covered himself. He is very clear about what is included at which price.

    He spells it out but I still think he will end of with a bidder expecting that Nightforce scope.

    I've read some of the horror stories sellers have written on here about buyers. We read the description and apply common sense... which is a misnomer because if it was common most people would have it. [;)]
