I was using a DVD rip program, to load and view some new movies."VUES"(new releases)
i got tired of the prog.cuz it made my PC act funny.
NOW, whenever i'm typing, my cursor just disappears.

My wife was using my PC this AM to check on some insurance stuff for her office. I was still sleeping. When i got up i found a "post it" on my monitor saying that my task bar was on the Right side, insted of along the bottom. Where it's supposed to be .

I guess my question is... HOW DO I GET IT BACK WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE??

I am running XP Home, Svc. pak 2

    Any help is deeply appreciated.

Just left click on it, and drag it back to the bottom.
Then right click on the taskbar, and check Lock the taskbar!

    No problem Jeff!
Someone hit the left mouse on the task bar, and swung it to the right. You can place it right, left, top, or bottom depending upon your wishes. I like the bottom, and use auto-hide myself.
That is all it takes unless the "lock the taskbar" line is checked.
