New joint related symptom,..........

Most of you know I have a bad back and knees, but today I have a new symptom I have never had before.

Early this AM, I stopped at a convenience store/gas station to get some gatorade.

As I was leaving, I heard someone hollering 'sir' and saw some older lady at one of the pumps, but the car looked weird to be getting gas.
I walked over, and saw she she bottomed her car out on the island median.

She cut right WAY too early and was stuck there. 80 years old driving a BMW convertible![:D]

I stood there, and told her what to do to get it free, and then checked her tire for damage, cleaned off the peeled rim finish and reattached a popped lower trim piece.

Anyway,.....I was crawling around on my hands and knees, plus looked under the vehicle for damage. She thanks me, and we both leave.

As I am getting home, I notice that the part of my upper shin under my right knee feels kind of tingly/numb for want of a better description.

It is coming and going, and alternates between a tingle, and a numb feeling. Goes down about 6 inches from my knee.
Never had this one before.

Any experts know if this is coming from my back, or my knee?
Guess it's time to quit being a nice guy,.....now I have two legs that go numb from time to time.[;)]

    Nah,.....that's not the case.
Just figured someone would know where this feeling is coming from, as it's a new one for me.[:)]

I guess I'm the only person to ever have this.
Just wondering if it's coming from my back, or my knee.

My left leg is a result of my back, but it runs down the side of my thigh to the knee.

I wasn't aware that you could pinch a nerve in your knee basically.
Not that it hurts or anything,.....just driving me nuts.
