Multiple sources have told HuffPost that the document in question is a letter sent to Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.) that concerns an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman when they were both in high school. Eshoo?s office has also declined to comment, saying the letter was considered casework #8213; and thus wouldn?t be made public #8213; since it came from a constituent.


High School! Come on Dianne!

This poor guy has been * probed as bad as any one has ever, this is ridiculous.

    In high school together,,, so a 53 year old woman has decided to accuse Kavenaugh of sexual misconduct, ANONYMOUSLY. Ha, this should NOT go anywhere but maybe the woman will agree to testify,

    CAN'T wait to see who she is, her politics and what she looks like. Bet someone will show her high school yearbook pictures.

    What questions would she be asked? Maybe she saved her dress or has pictures? OH,, it's just Misconduct.

    An anonymous letter from high school, from 35 years ago? This guy went through FBI investigation to be a Federal Judge, and again with the FBI to be a Supreme Court Justice, four days of exhaustive hearings, and this supposed problem never came up.

    And Feinstein got this letter in July. And now, she brings this up.
    She ought to to be ashamed of herself.
    She who had a Chinese communist spy on her staff for 15 years. She is a real Sherlock Holmes, this Feinstein gal.

    I think the FBI should do an extensive investigation with exhaustive reports to the House and Senate so when they form their comities they can fairly determine if he touched a tit, or God help us, he might have touched both of them. Of course there is a possibility that he only touched foam rubber, but there will be plenty of time to figure that out after the lynching.
