Why was the Tim Russert post locked? no names, no yelling no arguing...why?

Someone get their shorts in a twist again?

Good question; I'm sure this one will suffer the same fate.

I had some disagreements with Russert's politics, but all in all, he seemed like an honest and fair man. I pray for those left to grieve his passing. He died way too young!

I liked Tim Russert. He was smart, articulate, humorous and a good guy. I don't care which way his political compass pointed or his other beliefs. I liked him a lot. Broadcast news lost a good guy.

    BR,

Check the edits. It went sour. Nuff said!

I have an opinion of Tim, which I choose to keep to myself. My heart goes out to his family and friends.[V]

    NUFF SAID? by whose standards?

OR is it here we go again with the heavy hand crap? On second thought its the "i am god and I will do what I want" bit coming into play again...

    No wonder ppl leave..

I read the thread, and as I said there was no name calling no arguing etc,...so what if ppl didnt like him or agree with him, its not anything more than is not being said on tv right now...

It stopped being about Russert and became a gripe fest.

    You like gripe fests?

    I don't.

    BR,

With all due respect, the man has passed, and I personally don't find it very ethical to carry this much further. We will disagree some other time.[V]
