Shares? That would be generous. 'Tolerates' is more accurate and I love her for it. She has been shooting with me once and while it wasn't her cup of joe, she understands why I like it. I only started last year (at age 50) and at first she was afraid I was going off the deep end. Actually, that happened YEARS earlier, but she was concerned about the kids (ages 8 & 5). One gun safe and a dozen or so trigger locks later, she's happy and really doesn't mind. I've actually convinced her that I can turn a profit doing this. Yes, I'm THAT good! [:D]

Turn a profit doing "this".......What's "this"?
    Competition? or gun trading?

As I mentioned, I convinced my wife that the collection could be profitable, not that the profit had actually been realized. Once she believed that my collection would not forever consume all of our disposable income, she was ok with the collection. Hit man? hmmmm THERE'S an idea!

She thinks I don't shoot often enough for the small investment. She wants to see more rounds spent.

She's gone out with me once or twice.

She has a habit for buying kitchen appliances she does not need or use.

My wife gets her nails done, every few months and I could have bought a new gun. Also a shoe habit.

I've been good lately about not HAVING to have a gun. I'm getting close to paying everything off, except the cars and house of course.
Half of the lives they tell about me aren't true.

Reminds me,.......................I once had a [}:)]wife[}:)] that took most of my guns with her one day, when she and her dad, along with his then girlfriend, came to our house while I was at work.............CLEANED OUT MOST EVERYTHING in the house. Loaded everthing into a rented u-haul trailer, and his cadilac, and hit the road for greener pastures. -aw yes- great, great, memories. -[B)][B)][B)]-THANKs for asking. p.s. they even took time for a little sadistic humor, and keft a note on the frig that read. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Nope, she's actually pretty anti gun. Go figure a peace officer's wife being anti gun. She is of course pro gun when it suits her. Like the time we were in Albany, GA and she thought she was going to get car jacked. I wasn't there but my Makarov was and it soon became her best friend. The thug high tailed it when he saw what that pretty little lady was holding. One would think that episode would have brought her around but she is one stubborn lady.

My girlfriend likes to shoot rifles and shotguns, but for some reason HATES to shoot pistols.

Overall, she likes guns, but doesn't hold the gun rights view that I do.

crystal likes to shoot but not like i do. she's pretty good with a 9mm but prefers a .38 s&w. she's an ex private (medical discharge) and would prefer an ar-15, but don't have the money for that.
