Finally got to shoot with grandson #2

I got him a Sears 41 (tack driver) and we finally got to shoot it. He and his dad had shot his BB gun, so he knew the basics, including controlling the muzzle, lining up the sights, and squeezing the trigger. He's a pretty sharp kid and very competitive. Next time, he wants to shoot against me! His on left, mine (offhand) on right

Jim- congrats on a REAL good day. I have grandkids #s 4 and 5 shooting with me, and #6 and 7 will be when they get older. They really enjoy doing things that they know are "grownup" things, and really do quite well. #4 & 5 are 13 now- and remember folks- that 13 yr old kid will be VOTING in 5 years! [:0]

I have a few years to wait yet oldest grandson is 2, I already gave him his first shotgun, Win model 1200.......well dad is hanging onto it until he's older.
