Friday morning it was 23 deg. Started out near Flat Top, Wv.
Went through the mountains to Welch, Wv. and back.
110 miles. Left the trucks at 8:30 am and got back at 9:30 that night. My butt was whooped.

Actually, there's a drive-in restaurant in Welch that has great food. You can drive down the main drag, pull in to a store and gas up at the pumps.
27 miles by straight line back to Flat Top, twice that by trail.
