Ijust put a redfield scope on my Ruger mk-2,Had to remove sites in order to install,all went well and shoots great,but i managed to lose screw for front site,Iknow it dont hurt nothin but it bothers me.Ruger says 17 bucks plus 11 shipping which i think is a ripoff!Anybody know where i can get replacement?Figgured i ask the good guys here fist then go to experts!

I was going to get a 10/22, but after reading this post, I'll go with a 597 instead.
Besides, the trigger on the MK2 is horrible. If you keep it, get a timney.
Sell the ruger, buy a savage with an accutrigger, and send ruger an email explaining to them that you will never buy one of their products ever again, and trying to get $17 for a screw and $11 shipping (even though it shouldn't cost more than 42 cents) will cost them thousands of dollars of potential sales in the future.
