Been hunting Thanksgiving morning since I could carry a gun. Dog and I are out bird hunting before daybreak. Anyone else hunting tomorrow?

Our season opens tomorrow; my knee is not up for it, not yet.
I do love to hunt on Thanksgiving day.
Even better is when I already have one in the freezer, and can put venison sausage in the turkey dressing.

Nope....2nd season for whitetail is next weekend. Gonna wait till then. When I was a kid we used to hunt quail on Thanksgiving. Wish I still had a place to do that...

Me and my son will do a little squirrel hunting in the morning. More squirrels this year than I can remember in a while....

Have not gotten out all week.

Will be tomorrow morning with three little ones. My two younger DD's (7 & 10) and my Grand Nephew (8). They are all getting a lunch ready for the trip which tickles me a little. For it is suppose to be around 25 degrees in the morning.. lol

I do not expect them to stay out long enough for lunch.

We have a two week gun season and I like hunting it more than the first week.

Deer at daylight, I still have 7 anterless and one buck left on my tag my freezer is full but a neighbor with a new family could use the meat,Ive been invited to a dove hunt after lunch but I'm gonna have to do the family thing.. [:)] very best Thanksgiving all!
