    Paul, do they put sausage in their gumbo?
    I go right by Kravers when I go to Thomas Hospital for tests.
    I don't care for gumbo with sausage in it and might get a bowl next time if it's just seafood.

    Sausage in gumbo is a sacrilege! ....No, that's Mr. Kravers boat recipe that he cooked when he shrimped in the Gulf! Mr. Kraver and I are long time friends, He cooked his famous Shrimp and Spaghetti for my 50th brthdy party...Kravers is the real deal...P3 if you don't like the Gumbo, its on me! In fact if you want, I'll come by and get you and take you there....The whole flounder is fantastic! Shrimp Boat cooking is unbelievable...we did it since I was 9 years old.

    We could do lunch sometime. A buddy gave me a quart of his gumbo and it had sausage in it. The gumbo was okay, (shrimp, fish, oysters, crawfish). I fed the sausage to my puppies. Lots of folks around here use sausage, that's why I always ask. I love their whole flounder at Kravers. Tried it about ten years ago and was hooked.
