Well, one of them. I actually have two right now.
Did pretty well. BP 119/58 (and that's with no BP meds) and heart rate 60. Started out with appointments every 30 days. Then 90 days. Told me today to come back in 6 months. Says at that time he'll evaluate me to see if I can cut back on heart meds. Take that as improvement.
Generally feeling better and stronger. Hitting gym 5 times a week for weights and walking during breaks at work. Seeing some muscle development in upper body. Was utterly lacking muscles in the weeks after surgery.
I may beat this yet...
