EAA Witness match back order ARGGH!

My buddy's wife called me and asked what gun her husband wanted, she is buying him one for their anniversary (20th) that was easy he has been talking about the EAA Witness match in 40 S&W or 9MM, so she says here is my credit card go ahead and order and have sent to the FFL and I will pick it up. Great And guess what I can not find one!
