What this means is Manuel is in Mexico making sombrero hats for sale in the US and no one in the US is allowed to wear them. This puts Manuel out of work.

    It's one of the new fads of leftist outrage.

    This makes its most prominent display every so often when a lily white starlet puts her hair into cornrows.

    I've often wondered why this same standard doesn't apply to black people wearing suits?
