My house has a boiler, which I love, for heat and domestic hot water. The heat is of course baseboard radiant. What are my options for cooling the house during the summer? Please don't say a trailer house style swamp cooler, btdt. Thanks.

a mini split system is easyest and very efficient. you can have 1 or several supply heads.

If you live where a well can be dug or already have one. Geothermal Cooling would be an option.

They pump water from a well into radiators in the house for cooling and the water is then returned to the well.

A few people have them here. But I cannot give any ups or downs to owning or using one for I have never gone into fine details when talking with them about their systems.
