Can the 45 GAP be loaded using 45ACP dies? The rims look the same, just a little shorter cartridge.

Just tried one with a set of Lee .45acp dies..sizer/deprimer no problem...expander couldnt get deep enuf to bell the case enuf, shellholder and die met...seater and crimp die would have been fine..expander die just missed the mark by a ...well you know what kind of hair[:D]....different brand of dies may have a better result but Lee is all I use on semi-auto handgun rounds

Try the Redding brand dies for the neck expansion. Different design that's simple and effective. I would think it would be able to reach low enough for the GAP brass.

Thats expensive thinking if it doesnt work[;)]....actually on the Lee die you could take the "nut" off the top and put some type of spacer inside to get the depth...but I dont know what type of consistancy you would get
