Top this one
Every Chevrolet convertible since 1912
Wow ! What do you suppose this collection is worth ?
This collection belongs to Dennis Albaugh in Ankeny , Iowa , just north of Des Moines ....
The personal and private collection consists of 110 + Chevrolet convertibles...
all years from 1912 to 1975 and Corvette convertibles from 1953 to 1975.
That is a Chevy convertible from every year of manufacture EXCEPT 1939...
The reason? - Chevy didn't make a convertible in '39 -- and ended its convertible line in '75!
His 'boy toys' include his own 18 hole golf course, copied somewhat after Augusta National.
He is what you call a REAL Chevy guy, but his passion seems to be convertibles !
This billionaire made his fortune selling farm chemicals !
every chevy convertable ever made; in one mans collection.
I better get busy if I wanna catch up...Oh wait, I don't have any [:I]

love that row of chevelles
chevelles are my fav too, well at least since there wasn't a picture of the Camaros but look at the shoe boxs too. even the old radsters are too cool.
They didn't say if he had any later than 75 maybe he didn't do the aftermarket conversions? like newer Camaros or Cavliers..LOL
Look at mine. I got it out and all cleaned up so
I drove it on a warm sunny day last week and it has been like this ever since. I didn't want to open the door and risk ripping the rubber trim in the freezing weather.
Every Chevy convertible you say? I'm willing to bet he couldn't bring himself low enough to purchase a Cavalier Z24 convertible considering what he has parked there.
he stopped buyin in 75
That blk 65 Chevelle brings back memories. Dated a gal who had a yellow one/blk int. 327/325 4sp Muncie. 325 was REALLY the 350/327
from the Corvette. GOD,that thing was fast. Could bury the HANDLE in third gear w/that close ratio Muncie. Wild ole gal. Loved doin IT on the trunk lid[:p]
