That is a 300,000 home in my area.
Good neighborhood,(mostly nosy retirees)walking distance from restaurants,banks,park,less than a mile from the beach,needs a lil TLC.

actually it's too hot to walk anywhere in the summer, and if you wAit till it cools off(?) in the evening, bugs'll eat you alive,the shuffleboard court is the biggest attraction in town,the restaurants are yuppie dives,area is prone to flooding,
