Bad ammo I was shooting the other night

Was shooting the other night and noticed the ammo didn't sound the same all the time but I had bought it several years ago. Was on the net tonight and came accross this video showing what Remingtons Thunderbolts was doing to this Pistol.[:(!][V][xx(][:(]

Another site recommended that you avoid Thunderbolt ammo in automatic pistols.
Did not recommend same for rifles.
Wonder what the difference is?

Can't you just heat the bore up and clean out the wax, kind of like cosmoline?

My Buckmark hates Remington bulk pack ammo but loves the CCIs...Federal is so so with it.

my ruger mk II will not even cycle them,I bought the gun from a guy who told me it jammed every shot,bought the gun and 4 bulk boxes of ammo "all thunderbolt"for 100 bucks,I tried everything I knew to clean the gun to make it work,it would jam about every other shot,then I tried different ammo,,,shoots like a dream

My Rugers hate Thunderbolts but my Mossbergs and Walther have no problem.

Had similar problems with my Ruger MKII. The Thunderbolt is the only round I ever had jamming problems with.

i dare anyone to wiggle the bullets in the casings of thunderbolts and tell me if theyre loose.[xx(]

I got a bulk box of Remington for Christmas, no problems other then its not very accurate compared to grey box Winchester. I haven't got any since then.
