What is your fav. Book by Elmer Keith, Townsend whelen and Warren page?

    "Hell, I was There!" is an excellent book. I've read it at least six times now. Definitely one of my favorites.

    No kidding. Same with "Sixguns by Keith". I should've picked up a copy of that a long time ago.[:0]

    That is one of my favorites.

    Mister Rifleman by Whelen is also good, as is Fireworks by Jeff Cooper.

    I probably learned the most from Hatcher's Notebook.

    I love wildcats, so it is really hard to beat P.O Ackley's books as well as Wildcat Cartridges and Pet Loads from Ken Waters. Not a classic, but Fred Ziegan's Wildcat Cartridges is a great read for anyone interested in cartridge design

    Skeeter Skelton and Elmer Keith are two of my favorites, but so are Jeff Cooper and Patrick F McManus.

    Skeeter Skeltons books are as rare as honest poloticians.
    I have all of Elmer's and Jack O'Connors.
