Thinking about shooting my Browning hi-power, it's only been out of the box to look at since the 80's. Shot one the other day and been thinking about mine. Any ideas??

I got a winchester model 94 for free 2 weeks ago
Hard to beat that.......heirloom or a newer one? [:)][:)]
King Cobra is a great gun. Purchase one new in 1993. I have not purchase any guns lately, however, I hit the gun stores and an auction over the holiday.

Turbo I believe I gave under $400 at K's Merchandise.
...Is your K's still open, or did they all close? We had one in Kankakee, but they closed the doors.
The one in Paducah closed last year before Christmas. Didn't like them anyway. Their mail ads would show guns, but in fine print, said they didn't carry guns at certain stores, ours included. All I ever saw in there was way overpriced merchandise. Did buy my wife a Seiko watch for Christmas, but then everything was 70% off because of the liquidation.
To get back on track with this thread...I bought my son a Ruger MKII for Christmas. He just doesn't know it yet. [:D] Gun budget has gotten really tight this year. Will probably send his handi-rifle in for a 308 barrel and maybe a muzzle loader barrel after the first of the year.
I have been looking for a .22 revolver or a used AR. All the talk about the Boy Scout 94's has me looking at them again, as well.
If you like gun talk the experts forum servs a pretty healthy helping everyday.
