The scoped bolt action with the extra fancy wood. Is that the stock that came with that rifle, or has the stock been replaced?
That is a 1992 kimber Super America. The wood is factory. I paid 1200 for this gun back then, and everyone said I was nuts for giving that for a 22. It is one of my favorite rifles, and best purchases imho. This thing shoots one hole groups.

The judge is pretty much a joke for self defense imho, but it makes a pretty good snake gun for the woods lol. Mine is the older one that does not take 3" shells, so I cannot comment on the newer ones.
