still trying to find the best looking grips for the mustang pocketlite.
tried white pearl, black pearl, ivory (fake) and of course the original black, but no joy.
I kinda like these, but its still not right.
anyone have pics and/or a link to grips you think would look good?
thanks!

Coincidentally, just today I installed a brand new set of American elk's from Eagle onto my Colt Government Model .380:

thanks for that link!
they have some nice stuff.
i looked at the mustang grips and saw some colt SAA grips I "need".
I'll call them tomorrow and ask for pics of the current elk material they have.

MAN!!! Those R SWEEeeeeet!![^]
careful david, the mustang grips have a cutout for left side thimb safety.
also, if you have the pony pocketlite, the grip screw bushings protrude from the frame, requiring reliefs on the back of the grips.

I was of the opinion that all I would have to do to make them work on my Pony is file a slot for the drawbar. I could be wrong.
here's some factory mustang grips. see the cut back for the left side safety. also, the pony grips are about an 1/8" wider overall (more at the upper right.
the grip screw placement is the same on both, so you could mount mustang grips on a pony, but I don't think it would look good.
I bet oldmagic could make you a set for your little colt. send him your grips for a pattern.
