Understandable. Statistics show that those in lower income brackets have a higher birthrate than those in higher income brackets. While income does not necessarily demonstrate intelligence or superiority, it does, to a great degree, show competence and the ability and work ethic to succeed. The evolutionary process is being destroyed by socialistic tendancies and the lack of any need to be responsible for one's actions.

There are anti evolutionary pressures on the human animal coming from the nanny state, and the results are being seen within the past few generations.
