$170.00 for two blue box Federal 22 shells at a local gun dealer today! I asked why so much and they said they paid $75.00 a box for them.[:(]

Cabela's tells me ship date is April 24.
I bought three boxes of the 550 rds Winchester .22 for 23.99 each a couple weeks ago. Right place right time at Wallyworld.
Everytime I pass a Wally I stop in and check hoping for a right time score. I don't even need any .22 LR and I feel compelled to buy some if I find it.

$48.00 for 2 box's and you figure that's $15 a box... Taxes must be at 60%

I have been unable to find .22lr on cabelas webiste for a long time. Even typing in the item number on your invoice does not work.
Do you have a link to the .22lr ammo on Cabelas website?
I would guess that you rode the short bus, right?
Yeah, but it didn't make it all the way to the bus stop.
I paid $48 for two bulk boxes of federal champion last fall. I thought it was a little overpriced, but then when I did the math, I realized that $48 for two boxes was only $15 a box, so I didn't feel so bad.
Math probably wasn't your strong subject!

And I made it far enough off that I figured even the colorblind would realize I was kidding, but...
