did anyone hear this ? they just played it on the news. WOW !!! i am now convinced this incident is nothing more than police over reaction. basically the senator goes into the stall, while in there his foot alledgly touches the undercover officers foot in the next stall. then, according to the undercover officer, the senator reaches his hand down and touches the partition wall. he is then arrested !!! arrested for what ? the police consider that a "lewd act" !?!?! what country do we live in ?
when this story first broke i assumed the senator was guilty of a sex act or soliticing a sex act.
now we see there was NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION between the senator and undercover officer and there was NO SEXUAL CONTACT in anyway.
how the heck do the police arrest him ?
