There are better paints/coatings than Krylon (Like Aervoe), but all in all that 10-22's not all that bad.
Here is Pat Roger's take on it from Lightfighter.net:

The fishnet stocking pattern looks pretty well done IMO.
I will say that the 1G and counting for the seller's other auction Mini-30 is amazing.
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
Probably had a 2 year hold it up inside the play pen [;)]
I think it's a quality job considering its a home smith project.
$300? No chance in hell...
....all it needs is,'oliver' on the side of it,,[;)][:D]
Lol!!![:D]
Too old to live...too young to die...
Took a $200 Ruger and made it into a $100 Ruger.
My thoughts exactly....[V]
I'm bidding just on that! I'll part out the rest and MAKE money[:D]
Any chance of getting World Class Accuracy from that set up?
i dont know, but i know someone who'll make it a WOLRS CLASS rifle for only three mortgage payments...
Looks like it was painted one color, the cover in child's playpen netting, and painted again

I was thinking it looks like he used his wife's fishnet stockings to do it. And now she's po'd and making him sell it.
