The Title Guy

We are NY state based company.

We work with states with liberal titling requirement to provide a legal, "transferable registrations". AND WE CAN PROVE IT WORKS AND IS 100% LEGAL<<<

We provide a titling service for vehicles (motorcycles) older than 15 years old that are currently without a transferable title. (We are able to do newer vehicles but fees are higher and more detailed paperwork is needed).

Our process is simple:
~Need a vin verification, easily done at your location.
~Need copy of DL,
~Need your ssn# (requirement for all states paperwork)
~Need a bill of sale. (We have the form's for you to fill out)
~Vehicle cannot be on a stolen registry (this will be checked prior to preparing the documentation).
~We do the rest

Do not need insurance until after you get the plate and you want to drive it on the road in your state.

Once all the paperwork is sent it will take 15 days plus/minus to get your new non-NY plate/tags, and temporary registration paperwork, In 1-2 weeks you will get your transferable registration in the mail just like when you get your title a few weeks later in most states.

With this you get 1 year of registration in that state. The documents will have your name and address on the paperwork but be issued from another state. You can immediately go get a title from your state or use it for the year and then when it runs out renew it or transferee the title to a clean/clear title from your state.

Vehicle value (nada)
(not what you actually
paid for it) =our Fee's includes 1 year registration

$1-$500= $225
$500-$1000= $255
$1000-$2000= $315
$2000-$3000= $375

All fees are refundable if for any reason a transferable registration is not issued.
I know too good to be true, call me I'll explain and guarantee it works. We can prove it with easily. Call me,, Bob

Sounds great up to the part about you getting a title in your state.

They are doing all the leg work for you in an another state for the registration, which here in Tenn is easy to get in any name or address.

The bit I worry about is getting the new title. Does NY state have some law about over 15 year old cars not needing a original title???

It would suck to get your new NY state title with an old lien listed on it. [B)]

I would need to do some checking before trusting that. In fact, I wouldn't even consider doing that. VIN verification should be done by DMV/Law Enforcement personnel.
Years ago, there were people that would license trucks for NY and NJ owners. They would get an Alabama or Georgia plate for a fee less than half the NY/NJ cost. Problem was, the plate would be for some really low gross weight, like 12,000-18,000 lbs.
When they made the mistake of coming thru NC loaded, they got penalties that were higher than the value of their trucks sometimes.

As I said, A Reggie Is easy, you will probably get a Tenn regs.
    BUT NO title.

If I have the old title for that car, I OWN IT. It may be registered in your name, But it's mine.

How do they say you will get a title?

I think that I would get identifying information on Mr Title, & ask the NYS AG if it's legal. I'm sure that the business owner wouldn't lie, but.....

Most states won't allow out of state plates when you are a permanent resident.

I've heard of this. I've heard Vermont will title a vehicle like this. Once you receive the Vermont title you can then register in New York, and your NY title comes in the mail.
