Looks good minus the "duckie" scheme to me.
I hate shower curtains anyway. Glass enclosures all the way here.

My plan was a glass enclosure, but the track is hell on your arms when you are trying to give 5 and 2 year olds baths!

Excellent! Did you install backerboard beneath the tile, and if so, did you remove a layer of particle board?

I put another layer of 1/2" subfloor on top of the original subfloor and then a layer of hardi-board on top of that. I could do this because the original tile was in a mortar bed which is very thick and with the 2 layers I added, came out to the same level as before.
