Do y'all but "tissues" and "paper towels"?

I don't...
The only tissue I buy is toilet paper.
I use cotton wash rags for handkerchiefs and dish towels instead of paper towels.
They work great and as long as I have to do a load of laundry every week anyhow,I just wash and reuse the washrags and dish towels.
It cost a few bucks extra to but the dishrags and towels but,I think I have saved a bundle since...
Just a thought I figured I would run by y'all..

I have been trying to convince my wife to use wash cloths or the old towels and just wash them . we have got to the point were using one of the giant packs of paper towels a week 12 or 18 rolls what ever in the largest pack wally world has [:(!]
as a kid we never had paper towels or tissues , it was a wash rag or toilet paper . and we did just fine [:D]
and my southern relatives ( at least when I was very young ) toilet paper was even a option [B)][:0]

I don't buy kleenex. I use towels and "warshrags" as much as I can. Just can't beat a paper towel for some things, though. I like the Bounty "select-a-size" Perforated in smaller pieces, and they are real durable. Except when they accidentally go through the washer. TP? Don't waste your money on the cheap stuff. May seem like a bargain, but it goes twice as fast.

And that, my friends, is all I know about such things.

A roll of paper towels lasts quite a while for us.

I use them to set bacon to drain. Just don't like to use a cloth for that.

Wife wants me to learn how to use the bidet, so who knows? Pretty soon we may be a near paper free household.

Over the years, I've bot a lot of those three pack brushes for gun cleaning. The nylon, brass and steel ones.
I've never used the steel bristle ones.

If you'd like, I might be able to send you a few.

Unless you have a "pressure washer" setting...

I don't think those things work on men.

Only thing I don't use is Kleenex,...TP is much better for blowing the nose. TP is Charmin Ultra-Soft.

A roll of paper towels will last me over a week easy.

I buy the "100" shop cloths white and use them in the woods...Paper is used at home because rags are hard to digest in a toilet...news paper we don't get anymore, so we are forced to buy paper towels for the kitchen...if you clean your bootie with water, you want get hemorrhoids...Just an Ole South Remedy..

Something white flashing at your rear end is too much temptation for the road hunting city boys in my area. If they'll shoot a man out of a tree stand thinking he's a squirrel, I can imagine what they'll do if they think it's a deer! [:0]

A roll of paper towels lasts two-three months, I will tear a sheet in half to save it.

Plan on going back to cloth napkins to save on paper products.

I have a bidet' it works on men fine but takes some getting used to when the cold stream hits you in the unmentionables.

I am a bit of a clean freak with my kitchen, so I use paper towels quite a bit when preparing meals, especially poultry, and then the counter surface gets sanitized with bleach water. As far as quality and price, I find a roll of shop paper towels is not only quite cheap, but just as absorbent as Bounty.

Tissues I only buy when someone has a cold or allergies and is blowing/wiping frequently. Those Puffs with aloe are far more pleasant on a red, sore nose than TP.

I finally tried the 3 sea shells a month or 2 ago.

Makes sense for really hot weather.

But it should have been one of those "don't post" moments.

Yep, I have no interest in carrying a pocket full of snot. Even have Puffs Plus in the truck. In manly white of course.

One thing I have learned is don't buy cheap TP. When wiping with the cheap
TP my fingers would tear through and have you ever tried to wash that smell off?

Speaking of the quality of toilet paper. I worked for the government for over 20 years and they evidently bought their toilet paper from the low bidder. The stuff was as course as double 00 sandpaper. After a couple of wipes you were ready to prime. [:0]
