And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
it's going to leave a mark when you shoot that little cannon [:D][}:)]
It wasn't too bad with with standard loads but then I had just got done shooting the 500 before it. +p's might be a different story
Size...? Physically compared to the smallish 38 Specials that S&W Builds...
How much bigger is it...??
I carry the SW642 in my pocket... But a 45ACP would likely feel much better.
At least it would help counter the 1911 Ofcr in the other pocket... [;)]
Nice... VERY NICE! [^]

quite a bit overall it is about the same size as my commander
Too bad it is in a micro caliber. Look on the photo label. It is only a 4 ACP, not a 45 ACP. [;)][:D] Needle firing gun. [:D]
Done that with another new toy that needs a lot bigger keyboard when I hit the 5 I had way too many the first time I guess I hit delete one time to many trying to fix it
Very nice! I got a new 45, too.
Nice[:)]
Not something you want to shoot for an hour straight though.[;)]

Oh yeh, its a .45 not a .44.
See if you can find some old Winchester Super X 240gr Lubaloy .44 Mag ammo. Load that up, you'll wish you hadn't.
Is it hotter than this:

I shoot this fairly regularly.

I've not found 45acp recoil to be particularly sharp in any gun I've shot.[:I]
You be a tough guy Mr.P!!!
Read the post, and see I was speaking about +P in a snubbie for an hour long range session.
Standard .45 ACP loads are simply a light push to me, and I prefer that over the 'snap' of some others.
I have shot about every handgun caliber known to man, and can handle it.
Some I would not wish to fire more than a few rounds though.
I'm sure you could shoot anything all day long though.[:)][:I]

Admittedly, I have not shot much 45acp +p ammo, but some. The buffalo bore I link to above made me switch to houge grips from rosewood on my Redhawk.

Nice. Is that going to be your carry gun?
This one will be my main carry gun I prefer revolvers over semi autos and I like the moonclips over the speedloader I had been carrying a model 19 2.5" barrell

Would these work without the need of moon clips...?
If so that would be good!

You would need some pretty big pockets I'm carrying my Model 19 in a Galco OWB high ride holster and will get the same holster for this one

Thats way too big for a pocket gun, its a full size N frame revolver.

The 25-2 can be loaded with or without the moon clips. I expect the 325 can too.
I wish I'd kept my 25-2. I thought I sold it, but now I know I gave it away. I had a Model 547 9mm revolver that didn't use moon clips. I got rid of it because the cylinder was too complicated for me. Now I find out they are rare and the prices are through the roof. A GunBroker bidder got lucky on that one too.
I never understood why everybody gave Eric such a hard time about using moon clips in the Taurus.

And you'd better be wearing ear protection! [:0]
They need to make one 45 Colt.
Now there is a belly gun!

They got one in titanium scadmium?
I had a beautiful 25-5 and like an idiot I sold it for what I had into it ($425) back in the early oughts. It's $900+ gun now. [:(!]
Good thing is one of my friends has it. Got passed around.
Edit: also had a nice condition property marked S&W 1917 in 45 acp that I bought from a shop cheap - $475. I sold it to a buddy. He traded it back to the same shop I bought it from for an M1A and got more in trade $$ than I bought it for...
