Windows 10 roll out Thursday

From some of the articles I've read from the beta testers, forced updates and driver issues are starting to surface with Windows 10.
A great many are talking about going to Linux OS knowing they will be handicapped to some degree but say it's the lesser of the two evils until a solution is found.

Anyone got anything to add.

    I am just gettin really in the swing of 8.1. How long will it be supported?
    Can I elect for Win. 10 to just leave me alone?
    Are we going to be FORCED to use Win 10?

    I really don't see any reason for another Windows version past Win7.

    Win7 was the end of Windows as we know it. Win8 was just a tablet version. Win10 is a cross-compatible multi-device OS that is going to require a subscription, run off the cloud, whatever. less of an OS and more of a subscription service that runs your devices. you won't have programs anymore, just 'apps' that you have to buy.
