I swear....Alabama weather is crazy. It goes from a certain snowy death one day to humid, balmy weather within the same week. This Saturday is going to be like a spring day according to the forcast.....sunny and 70. I bet the next week it gets back down to the 30's again. You can bet everyone will be sick because of the big swing in temps. (I don't understand WHY people say that is what makes people sick???)

It gets cold, people throw a log on the fire and release all of those toxic gasses. Next thing you know the ozone has a big hole in that area of the country and the temps go up..

If people stopped using Charcoal in the Summer, it would not get so hot.

big storm to hit here fri eve thru sunday ...ice....snow...with a lot of luck maybe some rain only but forecast really upped the ante today...10k gen set and run up 25 gallons of gas on hand. got a relative at the lake watching our place ..KDOT there has applied liquid de-ice to their roads...none here yet

We topped out around 80, weather guessers are saying the pattern has changed and there shouldn't be any cool downs for the next 10 days. The other night low was 23, 25 the next (they issued a hard freeze warning[:o)]), which is pretty chilly for South La, day time highs didn't get out of the 30's. It was cold enough to destroy the foliage on my citrus trees, otherwise they seem to still be alive.

10 inches of snow here in NC sat./sun where i am...temps 4-10 degrees all snow gone now and 65 yesterday and 70 today,,back to 40s tomorrow and i dont get sick with weather changes
