the one here in NC has a deal 10,000 cash, back or 10,000 off a car...i called to verify it wasnt a scheme to get you in, i dont need a car but 10,000 would help me considerably, i dont have any car payments now and the wifes civic has only 50,000

Buying a car is a poor way to borrow cash.

But then I can't find what Kash means, and nowhere see $10K. Maybe it is on the semi-luxury models.

A price of about $21K and zero % is pretty darn good for a new Optima EX. Five years from now it will be worth over $14K at retail.

Just bought one at the end of May. There was $1,000 back if you financed through them not $10,000. I said thank you for the grand & I have now paid the car off.

My sister just bought a 15 Soul and i checked it out closely. It is damn nice and has plenty of room. For you who fix their cars there is at least 6" or more all around the motor. I was really surprized how well built it is and how much room inside and in the engine compartment!.

That is what I got. The funny thing was that my wife said the week before that if I got one she would never ride in it. I had already decided to buy either a Hyundai or Kia (Mainly because of the warranties) & I invited her along mainly to let her choose the color.
When we got there she suddenly decided she liked the Soul. She decided the black one looked much better than the others she had seen & didn't like.
I've tried to get her to trade in her 2003 Santa Fe but she says it is going to last her the rest of her life so I traded in my 2005 Elantra.

My son swerved to miss a deer and flipped our 2013 Soul. I'm really impressed with the structural integrity. Bent the roof in and bent driver side door post down within 8 inches above the steering wheel. blew out windshield and driver side window, but driver door still opens and locks.

Although not a one of the six air bags went off[:(!], he wasn't hurt.

Believe them to be well made.

if you google Kia you will see Toyota owns a large part of Kia. can't go wrong with that.

I've been driving a Sportage since 2008 and with it's V-6 engine & dual exhaust, like the GO power this little mini SUV has. I keep getting bugged by the dealer to come and trade up for new, as good low mileage used are in high demand. I vow to drive this car until it, or I give up the ghost!

I have a 2009 Rondo and wish they still made that model. I have 135K on it with very few issues and all of them were covered under warranty except a wheel bearing problem that was actually caused by a tire shop.

If I need a vehicle considering the 10 year power train warranty and fairly inexpensive entry cost the Soul will probably be the next one I buy.
Thinking of leasing though and letting my business pay for the vehicle pre-tax.

Need to talk to accountant but have been hoping not to need one yet.
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

Kia has come a long way in the past 15 years....kinda like Taurus did....may not be a Honda or a s&w.....but certainly worth it's price.

    Do you like their styling?

Kia poached a major Audi design chief to run their ops out of Califorina.

Ours is approaching 5 now, but still gets nice comments.

It is our second most favorite driver....behind a very very economical little hatchback.

On a down note, but similar with other vehicle needs. It is highly recommended that you replace the timing belt every 60,000 miles. On my old Honda Element the same was needed every 100,000 miles. I know this work from my dealership runs around 600 dollars. I have also wondered if this is just a crock of bull to get your $$. Fortunately, I have another 25,000 miles left before this becomes an issue. Anyone know the truth behind this expensive routine maintenance matter?

In 2000 I needed to rent a car for a trip to a funeral, Fort Collins to Tucson. Best deal I found was a new Kia Rio. Had never heard of it before.

Ran fine. Kept speeds under 120mph but generally over 80mph all the way. Brother and I ran it non stop but for gas and pitstops.

That was it. Never touched another.

    Still around are they?

thanks for the responses from most of you, and the others can, Never mind[}:)]

seems i have heard nothing bad, 10,000 cash in my pocket to purchase 22lr [:D]

my 2012 civic is worth 12 - 13,000 , so i can finance around 6 or 7 grand and have a very low payment on a 2016 car
