came out of a restaurant with the wife a tow truck well known in the area was parked crossways in a handicapped/noparking zone

I left a not nice note on his windshied which pretty much said are u an idiot and explaied the way he parked then called the company which will remain unknown but ......... is in high point nc

happens his daughter in law answers and she says well call the cops I ask is it ok to park in handicapped parks and she says if he wants to and said she would also if she wanted to

needless to say he calls me and says if i touched his truck (that i left a note under his windshield) and he had seen me leaving the not so nice note i would have had a bad day and i didnt know who i was messing with

It was a flyer lol .....happens to everyone

and I may have since i am 150 and he appears to be over 350 told me he would park anywhere he wanted to

Next time i will just call the law for what good that would do I guess make him move

Bottom line he probably tows dozens a week for handicapped parking violations

Are they picked for LE rotation or are they regulated by the state? Here they are somewhat regulated and could have some problems if they are breaking the law.

I hate healthy folks parking in handicapped spots.

dont know the answer as far as rotation but he said he could park where and how he wanted to

My company uses him (the owner i had the conversation with) to tow vehicles from my company that park illegally due to the enormous amounts of big rigs we have coming in and out and cant get in due to cars parked in no parking zone Gonna talk to my supervisor monday and tell him what happened and see if we can cost him some business we just call this particular towing company and has nothing to do with getting LEO involved

Times are hard and you could get a lot accomplished with a hundred dollar bill. If it burns you up that bad, I'm sure you could find another wrecker that could tow his truck faster than his fat * could get out of the diner. It would be even cooler if you went to the truck stop and had a real tractor do the dirty work!

Never mess with someones vehicle, but you could have it towed!

    Priceless!

I stopped at the small local grocery the other day and there was some knothead parked diagonally in two handicapped spaces. He came out of the store the same time I did. We conversed.[;)]

If you have a big heavy truck thats on its last leg drive it 70MPH down the road and plow broadside into his newest most expensive wrecker. When questioned just say that you blacked out. You can not be legally held responsible for the accident and your insurance will not pay him a dime. [;)]

take a pic on your phone (I usually have my dig. cam wit me) and send it to po-po, make coppies and every time you go to a store put one on the windshield of the cars legitimatly parked in the h-cap spaces with the ? on it asking them if they would use this co.? also anywhere you go that has a community bulletin board and send one to all the organizations that has anything to do with the h-cap in your area.

funny you say that. I have actually met one guy though, who despite the fact that he is handicaped, makes no bones about anything. He dosnt moan or gripe when people bring in sweets to his office that he cant eat, or if he has to go upstairs (his building does not have an elevator). He is at work on time and does his job all day every day. Really cool guy, a great sense of humor.[:)]

Place a restraining order against him. Just for S*** 'n' Giggles. You have reasonable cause as you have evidence of the phone call he made to you right? Hell, file a complaint of receiving a death threat from the guy. Seriously.

Not only was he parking illegally (and rather hypocritically), he then had the nerve to threaten you for telling him off? Screw him, he has the mentality of a grade-schooler.

There are a lot of ways to get revenge. I once had a telemarketing company harassing me at bedtime every night. Complaining only resulted in them laughing in the background and more calls. Although their number came thru as private, I called the company they were soliciting for the next day and asked them which telemarketing firm was doing their work.

I then posted their number on several internet forums such as this one, and asked everyone to call them 3 times. The next day I received a frantic call from the owner, apoligizing profusely, and promising me I'd never hear from them again. I haven't. [:D]

Some of ya'll are way too energetic, not to mention unwise.

Why not just have the local police hang a ticket on the wrecker? It hurts a lot worse than a note. I don't know about your area, but our judge gets $500 for parking in a handicap zone without a permit.

that would be great but guessing the LEO would have just gone in and asked him to move. I admit I asked him if he was retarded and illiterate and said he was an idiot But it just hit me wrong with the arogance this guy HAD I asked him why he could park that and he said because Im
and said his name what a *

I've had a few people towed for doing that, enjoyed it too. Don't leave notes, not ever. Just turn them in and feel good about it.

Been temporarily handicapped, had a permit with a 12 month term while learning to walk again after being "rebuilt". Used it for just three months and was walking well enough I didn't feel right using those spots anymore.

Easy to appreciate the need for handicapped parking when you've been there.

So, no need for confrontations, just get them towed quietly and SMILE all the way home for doing so. [:D]

That new fee amount just came out today here,it was $250. but now is $500. AND a criminal charge

    BTW riflemike...

Carry some pepper spray if you are small.

I am small but at 150 lbs I still bench 250 and at 59 y/o thats pretty dang strong But 350 against my 150 It dont matter if I bench 500

Lifted weights competed all my life in my class with free weights not machines

It just dont work that way [:D] if he got a grip on me its over Guess I just let my emotions of the arrogance get the better of me.

will take a different approach next time Ya think wreckers have locking gas caps?????[}:)] [}:)][8D]

guess i just need to let it go..............NOT
