Tony's Pizza on sale. Little ones, less than a buck each. Now, I don't eat much these days, and that looks like a pretty good deal. I mean, it says "Deluxe" right on the package. Tony wouldn't lie to me. He looks like an honest enough fella. Get home. Suppertime rolls around. I got half a dozen of these little jewels in my freezer, because I am the great bargain hunter. Whip it out of the freezer. Microwave safe plate. Got it. I'm nobody's dummy. Well, not any more anyway. Ding .My microwave is real polite. It tells me to "Enjoy my Meal" I always thank it for that. Pull my "food" out. Hmmm........kind looks like somebody vomited on my plate. The microwave safe one. (I"m nobody's dummy. Anymore) Smell it. Kinda smells like somebody vomited on my plate. (did I mention that it is microwave safe?) I'm thinking, well hell, it has to taste better than it looks and smells. That was my assumption. It was also wrong. If something looks, and smells like regurgitation, it likely tastes like it to. This was no exception. If you think, nobody can put puke in a bag, and sell it, just go out and buy yourself some Tony's Deluxe pizza's. You will have a great flashback to your teenage years, and driving that porcelain Cadillac.

Oh, well. Eating once a day is overrated anyway.

Dan

Add two slices of toasted muffin bread, toasted and buttered with real butter.

Bear chops with mixed veggies in the slow cooker. Oh, don't forget the Jack Daniels that I poured in with it for a little extra flavor.

I got the grill warming up. Last night I chunked up a deer loin and let'er sit all night in a carribean jerk sauce. Along with the deer there is green pepper chunks, onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. It is all covered up in a foil pan and ready for the grill. I started cooking it this way cause it just took to dang long to make up kabobs.

Toss up. Can of pork and beans, can of tuna and a few saltines, or a $1 banquet feast from Wal-Mart.

Having supper with the Swansons tonight, They are a little frigid at first, but warm up quickly. We had an imported steak from somewhere called Salisbury, and a small portion of corn and, a strange derivation of mashed potatos. Topped it all offf with a few lovely crusty bread type things, called "saltines". What a wonderful evening!
