Which part of the Immigration executive order is exactly the problem?
Surely not this part?
In order to protect Americans, the United States must ensure that those admitted to this country do not bear hostile attitudes toward it and its founding principles. The United States cannot, and should not, admit those who do not support the Constitution, or those who would place violent ideologies over American law. In addition, the United States should not admit those who engage in acts of bigotry or hatred (including "honor" killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice religions different from their own) or those who would oppress Americans of any race, gender, or sexual orientation.
Which part is unconstitutional ? The order didn't mention forcing new visa holders to spend 2 hours a week at a pig farm? or did I miss that? Although it should.

exactly zero people in the countries blacklisted have caused any problems in this country. However, 2678 Americans have been killed by Saudis, and other countries not on this list, but with significant Trump investments...
The TRUTH is that there are no written records left in Daish-held lands, and it's really difficult to properly "vet" anyone from Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Turkey or Afghanistan without them.
Since our intelligence guys can't do a computer search on each "refugee", based on the lack of information available; it SHOULD take at least 2 years to gather the necessary intel.
Tsarnaev bros, San Bernardino shooters, the maggot that killed Ms Skadle(sp), and others were immigrant-citizens that turned right around & started killing Americans like their barbaric 3rd World religion told them to.
Screw the unAmerican progliblefties and their proxy voters!

Really? Zero? Could you tell us where the Ohio State terrorist was from? How about the refugee who was stopped before he could bomb the malls in Houston?
Then you will have to ask the Obama administration and the US Congress why they chose these 7 countries when they passed the Travel Prevention Act of 2015. The EO issued simply imposed further restrictions on the 7 countries in that act and the following EO of February 2016.
In any case, it is ludicrous to suggest that Obama and the Congress were somehow politically clairvoyant and listed the countries where Trump had no business interests two years before he was elected. Given the hue and cry of the last 48 hours, it is easy to see why Trump chose to limit the moratorium to those countries already determined to be a problem. Others may be added later, but I think all would agree that should be a deliberative process.

Mr. McManus,
I'm pretty sure the majority of 9/11 terrorists entered on "valid" visas.
The poor babies probably spent months trying to get them.
You might wanna rethink that argument.
Just sayin'.
They were here on student and visitor visas IIRC, and a number had overstayed those. This temporary ban was all encompassing and included immigration visas. As I stated, I have no problem with the principle, just the ham-* approach as to how it was decreed with little or no plan for execution.
I believe the courts have stepped in and handled it correctly, fixing the problem associated with the lack of thought and foresight that went into it.
As of now, I am assuming that visa processing from folks that have been through these countries has ceased, and there is not going to be ongoing problems.
We are a nation of laws, not men. We should stand behind that which we have done, and no one man, even be he a President, should be able to reach out from his office and dramatically change an individual's life in the manner done here.
All that said, I will re-iterate that the major issues seem to have been corrected by the courts, and there is no problem that I see in the waiting period as established.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.
